  • Additional Comments: Our event is sponsored by Total Health Care, Inc., Bon Secours Medical System and United Healthcare.  The Community Health Fair will be held on Friday, February 5, 2010, at Shake and Bake Recreation Center, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Baltimore, MD. 21217, from 4pm - 7pm.  Our theme is "Step & Skate for HIV" and we have planned the following activities:  A step show highlighting local Sorority and Fraternity organizations including their junior steppers, roller skating, various exhibitions, HIV testing, including pre and post test counseling, community organizations, giveaways, refreshments, etc.  We will also have a formal program with speakers from the Baltimore City Health Department and the Maryland State Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, testimonials by two individuals infected/affected by HIV/AIDS and presentation of the Mayor of Baltimore City recognizing our event in bringing awareness to this devastating disease.
