NBHAAD - International

National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day is no longer an United States based only initiative only. In February 2007, there were several countries that participated and at that time, we did not have a virtual infrastructure to support and/or highlight their efforts. We were able to support them with some materials and supplies, but not really list them as they should have been listed.

We have created a separate webpage for those international activities to allow the World Health Organization, The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS as well as many governments, health ministries and others around the world to see what's happening with NBHAAD internationally. We realize Black people are spread throughout the Diaspora and want to support what they do by listing them on this webpage.

We encourage organizations, health ministries/departments and community stakeholders to register their event and/or activity. Once we receive your registration, we will coordinate with you how the information should be listed on this website.

Now, you are able to click on a country above in the drop down menu and note the events and/or activities planned for NBHAAD 2008 in that area. Once you click on the drop down menu, you will be redirected to that country's website for a complete listing of what is going on.

Should you be interested in having an event and/or activity taking place in your country listed, please click HERE to register it.
