NBHAAD International Region

Below is a list of those countries and the organizations within them who are planning event(s)/activity(ies) for National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day 2012. While this initiative begun as a US based community mobilization campaign, we realize its success can be realized all over the world and we salute those International partners who conduct NBHAAD in the community, whether it be a major city or rural village.

When it comes to Black communities around HIV/AIDS, no region of the country is immune to experiencing a crisis, for one more HIV infection is one more too many. As each region of the country begins to plan activities and/or events for February 7, 2012, we want to make sure that we capture and share who is planning what, where, when and how.

As organizations, health departments, colleges/universities, and the like register their event and/or activity, we will be uploading that information under their state in the drop-down menu above. If you do not see a state listed, it is because we have not received any registrations from them.

We know there many organizations funded to do HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment and look forward to their leadership as we approach National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day 2012.
